2021 Craft Vendor Details

We are so pleased to announce that we are finally able to accept applications for our 2021 Arts and Crafts Fair!

Please fill out the interactive application and submit with photos for jury or download and mail in your application. We will be limiting entries in each medium (pottery, jewelry, needlework, etc.) so be sure to get your application and photos in early. Please process your payment immediately following your submission using the PayPal button that will appear after submitting your online application (and will also be sent by email) which will then secure your booth space. Checks should be made payable to Yarmouth Seaside Festival and mailed to Yarmouth Seaside Festival, PO Box 489, South Yarmouth MA 02664.

We will be limiting entries in each medium (pottery, jewelry, needlework, etc.) so be sure to get your application, photos and payment in early. You will be notified by email of your acceptance at which time you may process your payment using the PayPal button or by check which will then secure your booth space. Checks should be made payable to Yarmouth Seaside Festival and mailed to Yarmouth Seaside Festival, PO Box 489, South Yarmouth MA 02664.

REGISTRATION FEE: $280.00, payable using Paypal or by mailing a check to the Yarmouth Seaside Festival.

BOOTH SPACE: Approximately 12′ x 12′ WITHOUT electricity. You must supply your own display. Tents must be weighted down for wind and tie downs should be marked. Stock is to be kept neatly under tables and tables must be covered to the ground. There will be security Friday and Saturday night.

ALL PARTICIPANTS: In an effort to ensure that our show remains a high-quality event, we are asking ALL participants to provide pictures of your display and ALL products you wish to sell. ALL work must be original and made by you.

REMINDER: You will be selected for one (1) particular craft. Please do not bring others without re-submitting for approval. Cancellations must be submitted before September 1, 2021 for consideration of a refund.

LIABILITY: Neither the Yarmouth Seaside Festival, committee members, agents, Bridgewater State University, nor the Town of Yarmouth will be held liable for personal injury, property damage, including loss of life associated with or arising from the applicant’s participation in the Yarmouth Seaside Festival and all associated activities. The Yarmouth Seaside Festival cannot be held responsible for weather or vandalism damage.

SET UP: Space assignments will be posted by the gate on Friday afternoon, AFTER 3:00 p.m. or given out at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, at the Wood Road entrance. Exhibitors MUST stay until 5:00 p.m. closing.
