Vendor set up
Space assignments will be posted by the gate on Friday afternoon, AFTER 3:00 p.m. or given out at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday at the Wood Road entrance.
Exhibitors MUST stay until 5:00 p.m. closing. You may start to pack up on Sunday afternoon at 4:00, but you must stay in place until 5:00.
Liability
Neither the Yarmouth Seaside Festival, committee members, agents, Bridgewater State University or the Cape Cod Collaborative, nor the Town of Yarmouth will be held liable for personal injury, property damage, including loss of life associated with or arising from the applicant’s participation in the Yarmouth Seaside Festival and all associated activities. The Yarmouth Seaside Festival cannot be held responsible for weather or vandalism damage.
